Job Summary

Provides routine office support, reviews and processes documents and requests for information, maintains files, assists with donor stewardship, and provides support for multiple events throughout the school year.

Responsibilities

1. Assists with general office assistance related to the school's community engagement, alumni interaction, and overall fundraising efforts.
2. Assists with event preparation, set-up, and tear down.
3. Reviews and processes documents, forms, mailing lists, donor thank you letters, etc. and reviews them for accuracy and completeness; ensures compliance with University and department policies, procedures and regulations.
4. Answers inquiries that may result in a search for records.
5. Gathers and assembles data for reports, mailing lists, event RSVP lists, etc.
6. Maintains filing systems by determining the most appropriate filing category.
7. May process payments and prepare receipts.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferences

One year of general office experience and/or event planning experience, or

equivalency; effective communication skills, and a commitment to provide excellent

customer service required; must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
