Job Summary
Assist the Chief Real Estate Officer with daily activities that support the department's long-term vision, including property acquisition and disposition, managing new and current leases, development, investment, create plans and make recommendations regarding the Research Park Master Plan. Ensure that projects are progressing on schedule and within budget through project management and active participation in construction meetings.

Job Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); plus eight years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communications skills required.
Master's degree in Business Administration, or related area preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Real Estate Officer with real estate transactions including leasing, property acquisition, disposition, investment, development and planning, and construction meetings.
- Track and monitor projects to ensure they progress on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct property tours with potential tenants.
- Coordinate centralized procurement & A/P process for third-party leases with accounting team.
- Act as the Chief's delegate or representative in construction, development, and planning meetings.
- Manage the Lease Management Tool application to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist with managing workflow associated with transaction review, legal review, and approval process.
- Assist with the approval process based on changes to Regents policy.
- Manages and coordinates capital facilities project planning, design, and construction.
