The Department of Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Post Doc. This position is for candidates who want to do basic and translational research on heart regeneration with the long-term goal to help infants and children with heart disease. We are searching for motivated and self-driven applicants with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. This Post-Doc will serve as a lead on an interdisciplinary team of internal and external collaborators working on two NIH R01 Research Grants (R01HL151386 and R01HL155597). The recruitment is for a Post-Doc in the Research Director's lab, located within the Pediatric Institute for Heart Regeneration and Therapeutics (I-HRT) within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh.
