Evaluation Project Coordinator
The Evaluation Project Coordinator will collect data and evaluate outcomes for multiple programs. Working with the Directors of those programs, the Coordinator will develop and administer surveys to current and former Institute for Clinical Research Education (ICRE) trainees and students as well as participants in other programs to track their professional progress and evaluate program outcomes. They will develop databases to organize all project records and maintain data confidentiality, perform statistical analyses on evaluation data, and generate reports including data visualizations. They will assist with qualitative evaluations (e.g. conducting/analyzing qualitative interviews, focus groups, etc.). Must possess knowledge of data analysis software such as SAS or Stata, REDCap, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and be able to communicate results in a clear and professional manner. Develops complex evaluation forms, oversees data management, and performs data integrity checks. Prefers Master’s degree in Biostatics, Public Health, Evaluation or a related field. Experience in REDCap, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, administering data forms, and statistical analysis desired. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
Job Summary
Initiates, develops, and manages complex applied research and program evaluation projects and identifies gaps and opportunities in child welfare processes, products, and practices. Develops complex research questions, data collection strategies, and testing plans. Provides support to internal and external stakeholders. Collects and analyzes advanced data, crafts reports, and contributes to the child welfare field through publications and conference presentations. Pursues funding opportunities.
