Physical Requirements
Occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs; Regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone or portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings.
Shift
Primarily days (i.e. Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm). Please be aware that as an exempt position, job duties may occasionally require additional time in the evenings, night sand/or weekends to accomplish work goals in excess of 40 hours per week.
Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Online Student Experience will develop, lead, and monitor online student experience strategies. This role supervises the UK Online Student Experience team, creating workflows to coordinate and staff recruiting events, manage responses to student inquiries, document interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system, and establish performance indicators for the team. The Manager will stay abreast of local and national trends to identify best practices and support information needs for our online population. It will identify partnerships and develop resources to support student recruitment and retention, collaborating with partners to streamline this activity and other workflows that support the online student experience. Furthermore, this position will collect and analyze data to pinpoint areas of opportunity, evaluate effectiveness of new recruitment strategies, and identify areas of improvement in support of the UK Online mission.
There is an internal employee being considered for this position ( IEBC).

Experience with adult learner engagement, the online education and/or remote learning landscape, and managing a Customer Relationship Management ( CRM) system.
