Issuing citations – working outside – operating a cash operation booth – dealing with upset customers – walking and standing for long periods – use of a two-way radio and hand-held ticket writer – lifting up to 25lbs.- Providing customer services – following written and verbal directions – providing directions to customers.
Shift
Monday – Friday; Typically 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; (37.5 Hours/Week);
1st Shift; Some mandatory OT/Holiday, weekends, and overtime possible.
Job Summary
Perform duties related to parking enforcement and traffic regulations, monitor campus entrances; and provide direction and provide assistance to motorists.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Customer Service, Cash Handling, Parking/Security/Police experience. Hand-held ticket writer, T2 Flex Software, Cash Register/Credit Card Equipment, Vehicle Battery Charger, and Hydraulic Cutter.

No
Preferred Education/Experience
Driver's License preferred.
