Primarily days Monday – Friday Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and additional hours as needed.
Job Summary
The Administrative Associate will serve as liaison between the IPH Center and UK administrative units, working under the direction of the Center's leadership. The primary responsibilities include the following: submit pre-approval forms for purchasing; process travel arrangements including flights, hotel, transportation, etc.; procard edits and maintenance of account records for reconciliation; search committee support to include logistics for interviews; ensure facilities are maintained through housekeeping services, renovation and expansion projects; payroll time reviews to ensure entry and approval of pay period hours; schedule faculty meetings and take minutes, maintain and order office supplies, maintain departmental bulletin board; and administrative support for department leadership.
Competitive applicants will be able to work independently and manage a large variety of tasks throughout the day. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

AA + 4 years UK Travel, SAP, Quickbooks, purchasing and faculty support experience, along with event planning Excel, database programs, and project management.
Driver's license preferred.
