Admission RN As a clinician providing the first visit with patients and caregivers, the Admissions RN makes a lasting positive impact, brightening their days, symbolizing relief and instilling confidence in the care and support Helios Care offers. As a member of the Access Team, the Admission RN works with clients, case managers, doctors and or primary RNs to facilitate the start of services, and provides education regarding Hospice and Palliative Care services, philosophies and eligibility. The Admissions RN completes the initial comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine needs, initiate the Plan of Care, and provides exceptional nursing care to promote comfort of the patient and their caregivers. $73,000 – $76,000
