Ethical Workloads: We strive to provide high quality representation; within workable levels based on the Sixth Amendment study and the ABA Workload study.

- This requires a healthy team atmosphere, transparency, and mindful communication is necessary to analyze attorneys workload on a weekly basis.
Salary and Benefits: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Salary range is from $81,000 to $102,000 per year.
- Generous employee benefits package, 100% employer paid health and dental insurance, paid vacation, sick and personal time off, a 401(k) plan with a 5% annual contribution and a matching contribution of up to 5% of payroll.

Practice Qualifications: PDMC is hiring attorneys for major felony/murder qualified defense representation.
- Similarly experienced out-of-state attorneys may be eligible for reciprocity through the Oregon State Bar.
- Standards for representation on misdemeanor, low-level felony, and major felony and murder cases are available at the Office of Public Defense Services website.
- Preference given to bilingual candidates, approximately 35% of our clients are Spanish speaking.
