Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle, or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. No significant climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in a related field required.
- Three years or more of experience in digital media, web design, and web development.
- At least three years of managing web content management systems.
- Experience in the higher education environment or similar organization preferred.
- Experience in working with a content management system in a web-based environment, TERMINALFOUR a plus.
- Proficient with web languages including HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of web page design and layout.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, and copyediting skills.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal English.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Uses research and analytics to support and evaluate digital marketing initiatives.
- Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Ability to articulate and justify creative concepts to clients and team.
- Excellent planning, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to develop effective design solutions within constraints of deadlines and budgets.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated and sense of ownership and accountability.
- Possess and be able to demonstrate creative and analytical thinking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Develop, design, and maintain user-facing features and for web applications and websites to make the user experience accessible, effortless, and enjoyable. This includes graphic, written, and layout content for the College's external and internal websites, apps, and digital platforms.
- Approve content management system (Terminalfour) updates from content owners and resolve askPGCC ticket requests.
- Collaborate with College stakeholders, departments, programs and individuals to create and implement digital content.
- Support content owner Zoom hour sessions, audits, and error reports.
- Oversee content management system user training, support, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist with integration of third-party applications and tools on the College website.
- Regularly audit website to address outdated content, errors, and links, as well as ensure optimal functionality. Work with Web Applications team or DSIE to identify and resolve back-end issues as needed.
- Help develop and maintain digital platform governance procedures, policies, style guide, and branding.
- Support user testing, surveys, and focus groups for all College digital platforms.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the website and digital applications based on analysis of user behavior and needs, competitor sites, and analytics tools.
- Create designs for marquee and help ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Stay up-to-date with new front-end development trends and technologies.
- Participate in meetings with Web Applications team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
