IN A NUTSHELL…

The Lead, Distribution Associate will lead a team of Distribution Drivers and is responsible for training and developing Parallel’s delivery teams. This position will also act as a Distribution Driver by using sound driving practices, acting as a driver or passenger when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Train new hires and existing team members, as needed, with updated policies and procedures
• Create and develop efficient processes in the DC for the teams
• Vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Uploading all vehicle service records to Shared server (Teams)
• Vehicle record keeping, IE: ensuring all vehicles are equipped with all necessary items
• Review and upload delivery manifests and records to Shared server (Teams)
• Ship, receive, and count all inventories daily and update appropriate sheets
• Inventory investigations and resolve inventory variances
• Pick and pack orders for Retail locations
• Inventory storage organization utilizing FIFO (First in First Out)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

Required

• Age 21 or over
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• Class E Valid Drivers License
• Able to function well as part of a team
• Accurate data-entry and record keeping
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a changing and challenging environment

Preferred

• Previous experience in the Cannabis Industry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit for long periods of time in an office or vehicle
• Ability to stand in place for longer than average time
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs or more
