Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage service contracts for various equipment/systems and coordinate with various facility organizations, tenants, etc. Schedule work, provide access or ensure contractors have access, ensure contractors conform to training and work permit process, monitor work for quality & completeness, receive and archive reports and documentation, review invoices and approve for payment, etc.
- Support maintenance and/or capital projects of varying scope and size, identify and investigate issues, estimate budget, assist in securing funding, define scope, write RFP, identify bidders, hold walk through, determine successful bidder. Schedule work, coordinate work with facility organizations, tenants, etc., provide access or ensure contractors have access, ensure contractors are trained and conform to work permit procedures, provide access, monitor work for quality and completeness, provide info for drawing updates and CMMS equipment updates, archive documents from work as required, etc.

- Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in facilities management or project management
- OR
- Equivalent educational and professional experience and training associated with a highly technical/engineering environment including operational experience with technical training and general understanding of various disciplines such as mechanical, electrical and control systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with five (5) years' experience in facilities management or project management on highly technical projects (cleanrooms, medical facilities, data centers, etc.),
- 10 years' operational experience with technical training; knowledge and understanding of related disciplines such as HVAC, mechanical, process, electrical and control systems with experience in the semiconductor industry.
