Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time)
The Customer Service Assistant will work mornings at Nebraska Public Media’s front desk and will be responsible for answering incoming calls, routing calls, and answering general questions. Process check and credit card transactions for membership department, sales transactions, and web transactions. Performs data entry into accounting system.
