BLOX Digital, a digital media solutions provider for broadcast and traditional news media is looking to add a solutions-focused member to our Customer Support team. As part of our Customer Support team, you will work directly with our customers as well as several of our internal teams and be focused on providing innovative and resourceful solutions to our customers.
An ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, or Account Management, along with the technical aptitude and ability to learn new software programs and a strong desire to help our partners reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Be an organized self-starter with the ability to multitask
- Bring a solutions-oriented approach to helping our partners identify and resolve issues
- Understand and troubleshoot JavaScript modules and applications for the front-end of TownNews' BLOX CMS Software-as-a-Service solution
- Understand and be able to work with HTML and CSS
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, and help to provide custom solutions for nonstandard requests
- Solve interesting problems that may require thinking outside the box to accomplish development goals
- Act as a partner advocate working directly with our Solutions Support team, as well as other internal TN teams, to ensure that solutions are provided to our partners
- Knowledge of CMS Platforms is a plus but not required
- Blox CMS experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to prioritize issues and work at an efficient pace, which may include multi-tasking
- Experience using modern web components, vanilla JS, shadow DOM, StencilJS, fetch API, etc. strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and effectively with a team
