Full-Time Registered Nurse and LPN positions

Job type: Full-time, on site

Lakeshore Allergy has an opportunity available for a Registered Nurse and LPN. Our RNs and LPNS provide and coordinate patient care through assessment, evaluation and treatment with a primary goal of achieving wellness and recovery.

Duties include:

• Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients within scope of practice.
• Provides education to patients according to their needs.
• Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders.
• Maintains allergy serums for a panel of allergy patients.
• Office visits, allergy testing, administer allergy injections, phone triage, ordering medical supplies
  
  

Requirements:

• The RN must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, provide a valid RN license in the state of Michigan. One year of experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• The LPN must have graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing and have a current Michigan license. One year of nursing experience preferred.
