CAD & GPS Specialist

Job Description:

Ideal candidates will have the following skills, knowledge and experience in and/or be willing to be trained for the following skills:

• Trimble Business Center & Carlson Takeoff software
• Survey with Trimble GPS Rover
• Set up job sites for GPS equipment, find lot pins, sewer/water stubs, etc.
• Set top of wall and footing heights for proposed projects
• Design site specific CAD files from blueprints for machine control
• Export designs to machines and field check design
• Troubleshoot machine control issues with the GPS
• Project estimating

Applicants should have experience with designing CAD files from blueprints and/or clean up provided CAD files, as well as provide CAD file takeoffs for bids with yardage and gravel quantities.
