Position Overview:
As an Associate Chiropractor, you will have the opportunity to build your own practice working alongside Dr. Graham and his experienced support staff in a dynamic and collaborative setting. No external marketing needed. Motion palpation experience with both spinal and extremity proficiency desired. A willingness to learn motion palpation technique is required.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages.
* Conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans
* Performing chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, strength training and other therapeutic techniques in a thoughtful and caring way.
* Educating patients on lifestyle modifications, home exercise programs, nutrition and preventive healthcare measures
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and promote your practice.
* Willingness to work diligently on specific, HVLA adjusting skills. No matter how good you are you can always get better!
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
* Valid state chiropractic license in Washington (or eligible for licensure)
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
