Job Summary

Works closely with the Program Director to contribute to the design and execution of custom, noncredit programs for Executive and Professional Education (EPE). Responsible for coordinating logistical aspects and ensuring the seamless execution of these programs.
  • Supports Program Director in the development, sales, and execution of new and repeat programs for corporate partners. Analyzes data for quality. improvement initiatives.
  • Assists in creating proposals and contracts for corporations, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Serves as a liaison between program participants, faculty/presenters, and the university community.
  • Leverages existing and new resources for the execution of programs. Manages project objectives through the development and documentation of processes, databases, templates, proposals, checklists, and budgets for all programs.
  • Oversees program scheduling including space reservations, catering orders, parking coordination, and communications with AV teams and other event/program staff.
  • For online programs, this may include coordination with tech teams regarding registrations or instructional design on the learning management system (LMS Canvas), and customer relations management (CRM).
  • Interprets university administrative policies (travel, expense reports, etc) and procedures. Provides recommendations on procedures for the unit to improve administrative operation for the programs and office site.
  • Monitors accounts/expenditures and reconciles statements. Advises management on budgetary needs or discrepancies.
  • Assist with program marketing and recruiting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Event Planning, Project Management.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Sales and Customer Service experience.
