E-Banking Administrator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Process and review ACH uploads
· Assist customers locked out of online banking and business remote deposit capture
· Approve, process and link new online banking accounts to customer IDs
· E-account Opening
· Card Services and Zelle reports
· Review and correct Load Errors in Fiserv DNA – morning and late afternoon
· Process Payment Decisions in Fiserv DNA
· Review and process IAT's
· Review and process Check 21 (Fed returned items)
· Review and process RDC item
· Review and process Mobile Banking items
· Review and process new and additional business and retail accounts in Online Banking (DNA Web)
· Review and respond to customer messages in Online Banking
· Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner (email, phone, etc.)
· Handle Online Banking issues such as password changes, setting up online banking, setting up or solving problems with Zelle, Bill pay, etc.
· Review and create Mobile Banking end of day reports (includes RDC) for business and retail
· Troubleshoot any ACH issues as reported by accounting
· Review various reports (ACH Exceptions, Electronic funds load and unload reports)
· RDC contracts/renewals
· ACH origination contracts/renewals
· RDC – setup online, installations – on demand
· Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned.
Experience Required:
· 2-3 years Fiserv DNA
· 2-3 years e-banking/call center support
